I follow a science-based and whole-body-mind approach that addresses the underlying root causes of hormone imbalances. To recover healthy hormone function in menopause, it’s not as simple as ‘adding estrogen back in’ – ALL our hormones are in constant interaction with each other, and an imbalance in one hormone system will automatically lead to an imbalance in another. That’s why I look at the big picture and not just not declining sex hormones.
