If you checked any of the above I have some good news – there is no wrong answer, and you’re exactly in the right spot.
Hi I'm Christine.
I work with women who are struggling to manage the effects of hormonal changes during their midlife transition and are looking for simple and natural ways to balance their hormones and reduce menopause symptoms, without restrictive diets.
Whether you’re new to this or you’ve already tried ‘everything’, I will help you understand what’s going on and how to figure out what works best for you.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specialized in Functional Hormone Balance and Gut Health. I am currently studying to be a SOMA Breath Instructor and am looking forward to integrating breathwork in my coaching to support my clients in a holistic way. I regularly continue my education with courses and certifications to stay up to date, to follow a science-based and whole-body-mind approach that addresses the underlying root causes of hormone imbalances.
During my own menopause experience, I struggled with some of the worst hot flashes. My sleep was inconsistent at best, causing me to feel tired and defeated nearly every day.
I have always believed in a whole body and mind approach to health and wellness, so naturally, finding solutions for my menopause struggles had to follow the same path.
Fast forward to now… I have the tools to support my body and mind, so that I can live a healthy and balanced life – I have made peace with my menopausal me and I feel better than I have in years!

On A Personal Note
In my free time, I like to get outside as much as possible. You can find me walking with my dog Malu, playing beach volleyball, or heading for the mountains to go rock climbing and hiking.
Some random facts about me you might find interesting …
- To relax, I love knitting more hats than I could ever wear
- I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 48 (and am fully recovered)
- I can spend hours on planning my perfect self-converted camper van, and my retirement plan is to live and travel in it … I’m still trying to convince my husband, though 😉
- I love skiing and I am always dreaming up ways to live in the mountains all winter (still working on that)
